Zentola is a multifaceted humanitarian, blending the roles of a meditation leader, author, artist, and energy master into a harmonious life journey. Growing up in Baltimore, a young Zentola discovered the transformative power of meditation. Since then, he has devoted his life to spreading its profound influence, guiding others toward peace, happiness, and purpose.

An advocate for collective healing, Zentola passionately introduces mindfulness meditation to diverse communities, especially among people of color. His nationwide travels of teaching mindfulness span a wide spectrum of settings—from wellness retreats and corporate gatherings to college campuses and juvenile detention centers like the Charles H. Hickey Jr. Detention Center in Baltimore. At the helm of groundbreaking initiatives, Zentola founded The Black Sound Healers Summit, an annual event in Los Angeles. Here, he not only grants Leadership Awards to deserving sound healers but also orchestrates the largest meditation and sound bowl experience of its kind. Moreover, he leads Zentola and The Sound Bowlettes, pioneering a unique mindfulness journey that traverses the globe—blending meditation, sound, and breathwork into high-energy, transformative live experiences.

Zentola is also the visionary creator behind The Grateful Game, a one-of-a-kind gratitude experience that combines journaling, intentional conversation, wearable stone bracelets, and tactile mindfulness tools like the Grateful Mat. As the author of The Grateful Game Journal, he invites individuals and families to deepen their gratitude practice in engaging, accessible ways that inspire presence and connection.

In addition to The Grateful Game Journal, Zentola is the author of ZenergyMe Journal: Mindful Exercises to Manifest Energy, a trusted guide that helps individuals integrate daily mindfulness practices and manifest positive energy in their lives.

Zentola’s impact reaches youth through his Zen Me Schools initiatives. His affirmation series, the “I AM Pledge,” is recited daily in over 35 elementary and middle schools in Baltimore, MD and Compton, CA—fostering a culture of mindfulness and empowerment among young minds.
